Ink Stain Removal - Never Use Hot Water

The natural tendency when faced with an ink stain is to use hot water to try and get it out. While that may work with some types of stains, it does not work with ink. For ink stain removal always use cold water. If you use hot water it will just make things worse by setting the stain. Remember, when dealing with ink stain removal, always use cold water!
