Because suede is leather, you may want to try all the same things you would for leather ink stain removal.
Ink stains on suede leather are difficult to remove. The immediate action is to remove the excess ink by blotting. You may use a dry cleaning solvent that will evaporate along with the stains. If that doesn't work you might try rubbing the leather ink stain with an emery cloth.
